Return and Refund
At Luxyboss, we prioritize excellent customer service and strive to maintain a high standard. We do not accept returns based solely on subjective opinions regarding product defects or quality. For any questions, please contact our Customer Service team.
Return & Refund Process
1. Initiate Return: If you wish to return an item, contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your package and provide the reason for your return.
2. Refund Form: Click here to fill out the refund form with your order details. We will contact you via email within 24 hours to follow up on your refund request.
3. Original Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached. They must not have been used, worn, altered, or washed.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Situations
1. Items with subjective quality complaints.
2. Used, damaged, engraved, or altered items.
3. Items ordered in the wrong size or style.
4. Unauthorized, incorrectly packaged, or improperly insured items.
5. Returns for "no reason" such as "I don't want it" or "I don't like it."
6. Free items.
7. Shipping box or Product box damaged by Shipping service.
8. The shipping info already "Delivered" but didn't received. That mean the parcel do delivered on the correct address. We cannot refund that.
8. Negligence includes incorrect order details (such as address, contact number, or consignee's name) and refusal of shipment confirmation.
