Each item is photographed before shipping.

Every item is accompanied by a box.

Customs may inspect and open packages randomly, opened boxes are abandoned at customs. If the parcel hold by customs, we are 

29 Days On-Time Gurantee

If your order isn't delivered within 29 days from purchase date, we refund your shipping fees in full.

In case of delays due to reasons like stock unavailability, customs inspection, holidays, etc., we promptly inform users via email or WhatsApp (check spam folder) and work on solutions.
